I am noticing that the call for flaps up is very late and in most cases I have gone up to the Max speed tape before the PF calls for the flaps up. I have flaps set at 1 for most take offs. On the A320 this is called in plenty of time and before thrust reduction or just after. I appreciate the 319 is different but on three occasions this has happened, no doubt I have done something wrong and any clarification would be welcome.
