Ranbi2Delta 2
Hello, I'm having problems with version 1.16 of PFPX. The columns of the schedule tab get progressively wider every time I open PFPX, and the column width on the results page is absolutely massive, so it's impossible to see all the data at once. I have provided some screenshots below to illustrate this issue. In addition, the 'Default Flight Crew' is missing all of its fields under the settings tab. I am running Windows 8 64-bit. This problem was not there with version 1.15. I'd appreciate if you could provide me with some assistance. Best regards.
srcooke 422
Confirm the default flight crew entry is missing, WIN7. Not seeing the column issue you have.
Ranbi2Delta 2
I'd also like to add that I'm using the latest Navigraph FMS data cycle (AIRAC 1410).

PikalaxALT 19
I'm having the same issue as the OP, but it affects almost every spreadsheet-like interface in the software.
shanegambino 2
Yeah same here. Mine is also missing on 8.1 EDIT: Added picture to show the missing fields under default crew.
Ranbi2Delta 2
Can we get any official response on this?
shanegambino 2
I swear Aerosoft support is the worst.
Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted October 24, 2014 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted October 24, 2014 I swear Aerosoft support is the worst. Sorry, but Aerosoft is only the reseller not the developer who has to deliver support!
PikalaxALT 19
Sorry, but Aerosoft is only the reseller not the developer who has to deliver support! Then what's the point of presenting this forum as the official support forum for PFPX if Aerosoft doesn't provide support from here?
Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted October 26, 2014 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted October 26, 2014 Aerosoft simply offers the developers from PFPX a platform to give support to their users. Or would you also blame AVSIM for bad support of companies using AVSIIM "Commercial Supporrt Forums" platform?

But what also bothers me is that neither the host nor the developers (EDIT: They're the same people, as it turns out!!) seem to be providing support here. This is the official support forum for PFPX, dude.
PikalaxALT 19
I sent them an email. They replied saying a fix will be published in the next update.
Ranbi2Delta 2
Thanks, hopefully that will resolve the issue. I've reverted to 1.15 for now. Regards.
