Airbus X connect

Hi when I open Airbus X connect it instantly shuts down FSX. I am opening the version that came with the 319/318 package so what is happening. I was using the 320 and that was working fine. i havent checked it since.

All my log files. How do i get an error report? as i have said I dont get any error window fsx just disapears

i sthere anyother way of getting the info you need? it seems to be as soon as i open the connect app on the desktop FSX just vanishes with no error message or nothing. but when im in the 320 it works fine

me too.

my MCDU is not working.

this is detail. viewing MCDU is working. but I can't click button. :mecry_s:

I tested IE and firefox.

You say 'me too'. but that seems impossible as you can connect to the web server as seen in the image.

Have you activated the webserver interface in the configurator?

what does that mean, thats in the connect app log

what does this mean? I do have a couple of VPN network adapters installed, would this be effecting any of this?

Most certainly. If the standard TCPIP stack is not around the systems will have no way to know what to use for the connection.

It still says its using the standard IP for me of 192.168.0.65:4040 as it always has but maybe the VPN stuff is confusing it? still this does not explain why this kills my FSX with no error warning. I Have tried it with the network VPN adapter disaabled still kills FSX
