Fuel planner problems

Hi, I have been having problems with my Airbus X Fuel Planner ever since I got it, When it loads all is okay just the Balance section is missing and there is no option to put in a Departure ICAO and Arrival ICAO. Also when I try to move the trip distance it won't let me go less than 250nm It looks like this: http://prntscr.com/4ieexc I tried re-downloading the Fuel planner when I run it the error File Aircraft.xml not found. I can't re-install the Airbus X because I got from Santa a LONG time ago.

Sorry, but what a bad excuse. Santa gave you a file or a DVD and a key to install the product, so use this one.

And btw, where did you download the fuel planner?

Ya, I know it's a bad excuse and I'm sorry, I don't expect you to give me another download link or anything like that, I will probably end up re-buying the aircraft.

I downloaded the fuel planner from a post on one of the your forums btw.....

The fuel planner comes as part of the aircraft package... you would be better off buying the current version since there have been many changes that make the old one completely obsolete.
