ENGMv2 Where is Gate 58A

I am planning a flight from ENGM and it says it departs gate 58A. I do not see that anywhere in ENGM v2. Is this missing from the scenery?

At Oslo the gate number you would see on your ticket does not always correspond with the gate number the aircraft is parked. I would assume that the flight you are talking about is parked at the far parking and the passengers are shuttled on buses from the terminal to the aircraft parking. So in this instance the flights gate number is 58A, where the passengers would exit the terminal and board the buses.

Here's an official map of the gate numbers inside the terminal itself.

If you then compare it with the aerodrome parking chart you see that the gate numbers are not always the same.

Thanks. Do you have any idea where the buses would take them? I like to simulate their flights and would like to park at the correct spot.

I assume it would be gate 181 to 187. Which airline is it? I could ask some of my contacts for more accurate information.

NAX1262 ENGM-LTAI

Hi

Jo is correct. If all terminal gates are occupied remote parking is used (181-187 / 171-178).

The west half of the airport is for domestic flights (with exceptions!) and the east for international.

So for NAX1262 a realistic scenario would be 181-187 if when it arrived after its previous flight all gates were occupied - or for some other reason remote parking was chosen.

But you could also fins NAX1262 at say gate 22 if it was a domestic flight arriving and then departing abroad. So many different choises would simulate what happens in the real world.

181-184 is for aircraft up to the size og B737/A321 and 185-187 can also be used by heavy aircraft like the B777-300.

Hope this helps.

Interesting. Thank you all for this useful info. I have one last question about parking. This time at ESSA. If a flight by Norwegian is leaving Terminal 5, what goes do they use? Aerosoft ESSA does not have any gates coded for NAX in Terminal 5.
