Er!k 572
Hi all, My new PC has just arrived (Windows 8.1 x64 and IE11); but I get the following error when trying to use the download shop (Page cannot be displayed)... Any clues?
Emi 5161
Have you tried pressing Ctrl+F5 yet? I haven't been able to recreate this so far.
Er!k 572
Hi Emanuel, I have tried this and can reproduce this on 2 systems. Both running Windows 8.1 x64 and IE 11.
PatrickZ 300
I guess it has something to do with Windows 8.1, since on my Windows 7 pc with IE 11 it works OK. Perhaps you can try opening the missing frame by clicking this link: http://basket.aerosoft.com/basket/only_order.php?language=en&pid=12975
Er!k 572
Hi Patrick, In Windows 7 and IE 11 everything was working fine indeed... The link you provided gives a http 500 error in my case.
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted July 25, 2014 Aerosoft Share Posted July 25, 2014 Erik, got no idea what could cause that but I would for sure clear your browser cache.
Er!k 572
Hi Mathijs, I have tried to do so. On one machine completely removed and installed IE11 again. And still reproducible on 2 machines over here. Cannot buy Lisbon right now
KLM737 128
Try another browser, like Chrome. Internet Explorer can still cause all sorts of issues...
mseiwald 79
Why not just try a different Browser like Google crome. I'm on Windows 8.1 64bit and have no issues. I use Chrome however.
Er!k 572
Thanks for all the suggestions. Today 2 Windows Updates were available and a CCleaner update. Afterwards I used CCleaner, and now everything is working! Now have to test my other machine but topic can be closed now
Airprox 10
I'm having the same problem, IE11 on Win 7, getting an HTTP 500 error in that box only, and when loading the shop directly using the link above. No windows updates available. Er!k I notice that the error is in Dutch, where are you located? I'm in NL, maybe it's some weird server routing issue??? Airprox 10
Can you clear press [Control][F5] on that page and tell me the results? It remains the same. It is only the download part that is affected:
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted August 1, 2014 Aerosoft Share Posted August 1, 2014 We got no explanation for that.
Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted August 1, 2014 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted August 1, 2014 Cant replicate this issue neither in FF31 nor in IE11 nor in Safari on Mac. Make sure that you delete your browser cache before reloading the website.
