OscarFSaggers 0
Hi guys ! I have moved onto you for help ! I have been in contact with a certain indivudual from Aerosoft regarding my Airbus X I recentley purchased ; It doesn't work ... When I bought the aircraft from Aerosoft I expected a high quality product I could rely on and learn on. I got the opposite. My Airbus X livery won't load and no one can fix it. I have echanged numerous emails with support and even graphic designers in attempt to fix it and all their efforts have unfortuantley failed. In the end they basically claimed that they didn't know how to fix it and I should question the community. Guys please help ! Thanks , Oscar Saggers P.S I have attatched a picture to illustrate the issue.
FloG 31
First question: Do you have HIGHMEMFIX=1 added to the [Graphics] section of your FSX.cfg? If not, add it and save the file, start the sim and see if the problem is gone. If not, it might be due to a faulty install of FSX Acceleration. In that case, insert the Acceleration disk and use the repair function. From what I've read here, this seems to cause similar problems as well. I have addedthe HIGHMEMFIX in to my cfg but haven't repaired acceleration. Good Call ! Will I lose my addons if I do this ?

Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted July 14, 2014 Aerosoft Share Posted July 14, 2014 Because it uses a bit less memory or because it does not use the whole DX9 pipeline. I think it's the DX9 that's broken on your system however. You have no option but to make sure FSX is correctly installed.
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted July 14, 2014 Aerosoft Share Posted July 14, 2014 BTW, I checked your support ticket and you did get replies (all off them correct and to the point), stating that we did not fix the issue puts us in a bad light that our support officers do not deserve. The discussion was still going on. We will now close that ticket as you seem to prefer support via the forum. That's not nearly as effective but we do it your way. The problem you got is caused by your system. We got tens of thousand of customers who do not have the problem you have. There is nothing we can fix other then your system and not our product. We are willing to assist with that even though it is more something for MS than for us.
