Louis8m 1
Just curious to know if the Yaw Damper is modeled on this bird. I have it assigned to on of my Go-Flight switches .
Finn 873
Yaw damper is featured. In the Twin Otter You will find it on the Yoke where the captain and FO yokes meet. It uses standard FSX event, so You should be good to go using Your Go-Flight stuff. Finn
Louis8m 1
Thanks Finn, just wasn't sure is all , the way you guys are busting codes left and right I find we have to relearn a whole lot of things lately . In the picture you'll see my trim wheel , Well it fell on the floor about 4-5 times cause I stuck it on my counsel with Velcro and it wouldn't hold so I fastened it with strapping ,I thought it wasn't working right and might of bent the pot shaft on the inside. Well reading all the post here I found out it's not my trim wheel at all , it's when you engage the auto pilot you have to set the trim to hold altitude and the yoke itself beside the Yaw damper button. Great model by the way, no complaints at all
Finn 873
That switch/knob on the Youke is not a Trimmer, it´s a switch to command the AP to hold a certain pitch, the same with the left/right switch - it´s not soe kind of rudder or aileron trim - i´ts a command switch fro the AP. The only items to set trims are found on the right side of the captains seat, right below the armrest (can be moved away by clicking on it). There You will find the elevator, aileron and rudder trims. Finn
