Rob Cole 0
If I make an adjustment to the throttle, flaps or landing gear there is a significant time delay before the command is executed. For example a speed change can take up to two minutes to execute. Same thing with extending or retracting the flaps and gear. I am using a Seitek Pro Yoke and throttle quadrant I use button assignments on the yoke for flaps and gear. I don't think this is related to the hardware because if I use the keyboard (or mouse) the results are the same. I don't have this issue with any other aircraft. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Emi 5161
Hi Rob, sorry for the delay in responding. How do you assign your control? Do you use FSUIPC or the default FS axis assignment menu? If you use the default menu, did you already check if the movement of the controls may be delayed in the WIndows Control Panel too?
Deputy Sheriffs Herman 1591 Posted July 30, 2014 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted July 30, 2014 I use the Saitek X52Pro with the Cheyenne in FSX and the response is instantanious. Are you using the Saitek drivers, or worse, their programming software? If so, I suggest deleting both, rebooting and seeing if that helps. Emi's suggestion is a great first place to try.
