bumblebee 2
I am having trouble adding Kai Tak, VHHX, to the navigation database for the AXE. I tried following the instructions given in this closed thread, but I just get a "not in database" error when I enter VHHX in the from/to line of the FMGC INIT page. It shows me a page which asks me to define VHHX as a new waypoint. I have double checked that I followed the instructions as given, but it still won't work. Those instructions refer to the "NavdataPro/NavData folder in your FSX installation." There is one in the main FSX root folder and another NavDataPro folder in the FSX\AEROSOFT\Airbus X Extended folder. The latter does not contain a "NavData" folder, but does contain airports.txt and navaids.txt files, and a PROC folder. I tried modifying the files and folders in both locations, but it still won't work for me. My FSX folder is NOT in any program files directory, user account control is off, and I have full control over all files and folders. Is anyone else having this problem, and is there a way around it? I hv tried and it works! That's right. But instead of putting info of VHHH why not directly put coordinates of VHHX ?
