Appliance, you serious there?

Let's not fight guys. I think his impatience just got the better of him. We are all trying our best to be patient for AES updates.

AES is worse than smack!

Nigel ... Heathrow V3 is not an 'Aerosoft' airport. I'll let you figure out the rest.

Sorry Sir, when you want to use this forum to provide personal attacks, write you full name below, so that I now who you are.

I was fully involved in the development of Berlin and Dublin, so I could finish AEs for this airports long before they are released.

Other airports I get mostly at the time they are released, so it need time to implement AES for them, specially at such big once, like Heathrow V3.

So, Mr "Appliance", what wanted you to say with the rest?

Oliver ... you have misunderstood, as have the others. :bow_down2_s:

It is precisely because you are "fully involved in the development of Berlin and Dublin, so I could finish AEs for this airports long before they are released. Other airports I get mostly at the time they are released." that I made the distinction between Aerosoft's airports and others (Heathrow.)

If my phraseology was clumsy I apologise for that ... not for an non-existent attack.

Since first release I have been one of AES' ardent supporters and since I fly all over the world I own an outrageous number of credit packs. Because I fly FS9, and airport support for that sim is waning, future pack purchases will unfortunately reduce. Nevertheless I look forward to the introduction of promised new features in due course, particularly the long, low towbar Edetroit has requested for his beloved IL-76 !

BTW I don't sign my name to any of my posts ... here and elsewhere, since it is not a requirement. I will happily provide it to you via PM should you request it. My callsign 'Appliance' was chosen because I used to sell them before I retired.

Cheers.

Thankyou for clearing that up Appliance.

I have seen you on the avsim forums for donkeys years and found you have always conducted yourself with aplomb.

…….oh and thank you for mentioning the long tow bar. :D

regards

Ed

I just dropped the aes file from v2 into v3, will it work in the meantime while we wait impatiently for the new aes version?

No, the V3 version has mostly other offset, no gate will fit. But it is done, not to long to wait. ;)

Okay thank you so much for this great program. Even with GSX out there, your product is far superior with jetways and pushback, I always use it just for that. With GSX doing the cargo loading vehicles only.
