NavDataPro installation problem

Hi!

i' ve purchased today for the First time the latest NavData cycle

and can't install it in Windows 7.

I unzipp the file in a separate folder,

right cklick the exe folder - enable the run as administrator option - and

select yes in the next uac window.

Then appears the InstallAnywhere window, which runs to 100% and nothing else

happens. Also, the program dissapears on the task manager window.

I rebooted the pc, disabled the AntiVirus, disabled the uac but the problem exists.

Never experienced such a problem with any other programm.

Any idea to solve the problem?

The download file contains 2 items:

- AS_NAVDATAPRO_V1017_WND.exe

- AS_NAVDATAPRO_V1017_WND.zip

Are you sure that you extracted the exe file to a temporary folder?

And are you sure that you made a right click on the AS_NAVDATAPRO_V1017_WND.exe and choose "Run as Adminsitrator"?

Please make a screenshot of what you see.

I've tried to unzip and run the exe file in various configurations.

The Windows are on Greek but i think you will understand if i make something wrong

Obviously you did not unzip the files to a temporary folder. You are trying to run the setup from with the zipfile and that does not work.

- Create a folder named "Test" on your desktop: right click on the desktop > New > folder

- right click on the download file and choose extract or unpack (or however it is named on your PC) to and choose the folder you just created.

- Then run the exe from within this folder.

Seems as if you have done it right now. But obviuosly something is blocking it on your system.

I just gave it a try and it worked without problems: first comes the box telling taht the installation is being prepared then it closes and the next box comes where you start the install process.

And you do not get an error message? Maybe you can check the windows eventviewer.
