lizz 0
Just purchased PFPX, looks great. I mostly fly with the Piaggio Avanti P180 so I want to create this aircraft so I can use it in the planning tool. Whatever I do I am not able to create an aircraft from scratch, I always have to use one of the existing templates which are not suitable. Can somebody show me the way please....?? regards, Lizz
rjord 86
Hi Lizz That is a very good question. Are any of the aircraft in the list http://www.flightsimsoft.com/downloads/PFPX_Aircraft_AddOn_List.pdf similar to the Piaggio Avanti P180. If you find one that is close maybe you can copy it's template for a new template and edit it with the specs for the Piaggo Avanti using the Flight Plan Template Guide at http://www.flightsimsoft.com/downloads/ Still learning PFPX myself and hopefully some others may have some tips to help you out. ajurt 3
Liz, If you look in the configurations folder under PFPX, you'll see the various aircraft specs. You can copy one of the files, rename it to your Piaggio Avanti P180 and replace all the data with your own plane. Some of the data you'll need is easy to come by, some might be more difficult. lizz 0
Hi Guys, Thanks for the directions, found all the tables in the data folder. I think I will manage now to get the Piaggio in the program regards, Lizz
