bilookhan 3
Hi I am finally getting to understand the pfpx software and getting the hang of it. I found the location of all the aircraft types I have. Here's the list that I have after updating to v1.06: Airbus A318-111 CFM56-5B9P.txt Airbus A319-111 CFM56-5B5.txt Airbus A320-211 CFM56-5A1.txt Airbus A320-214 CFM56-5B4.txt Airbus A321-111 CFM56-5B1.txt Airbus A321-211 CFM56-5B3P.txt Airbus A321-212 CFM56-5B1P.txt Airbus A330-203 CF6-80C2.txt Airbus A340-311 CFM56-5C2.txt Airbus A340-313 CFM56-5C4.txt ATR72-212A PW127F.txt BAe RJ100.txt Boeing 727-200 JT8D-17A.txt Boeing 737-200ADV JT8D-15A.txt Boeing 737-600 CFM56-7B22.txt Boeing 737-700 CFM56-7B22.txt Boeing 737-800 CFM56-7B26.txt Boeing 737-800ERW CFM56-7B26-7B27.txt Boeing 737-900ERW CFM56-7B26-7B27.txt Boeing 747-400 CF6-80C2B1F.txt Boeing 747-400 PW4056-P3.txt Boeing 747-400 RB211-524GH2.txt Boeing 747-400F CF6-80C2B1F.txt Boeing 757-200 PW2037.txt Boeing 757-300W RB211-573E4B.txt Boeing 767-200 CF6-80A2.txt Boeing 767-300ER CF6-80C2B7F.txt Boeing 777-232LR GE90-110_115.txt Boeing 777-300ER GE90-115BL.txt Boeing 777F GE90-110_115.txt Bombardier DHC8-Q402.txt Cessna Citation 56X.txt Cessna Citation CJ1+.txt Cessna Citation Mustang.txt Cessna Citation X.txt Cirrus SR22T.txt Embraer 170.txt Embraer 175.txt Embraer 190AR.txt Embraer 195AR.txt Fokker 100 Tay 620-15.txt Lockheed L1011-500.txt McDonnell Douglas MD-11 CF6-80C2D1F.txt McDonnell Douglas MD-80 JT8D-217A.txt McDonnell Douglas MD-82 JT8D-217A.txt McDonnell Douglas MD-83 JT8D-219.txt Pilatus PC12.txt Saab 340B.txt Socata TBM 850.txt Super King Air 200.txt I wanted to create a new txt file for Project Airbus A380 using the values from boeing 777-300ER as a reference, but changing the weight values? I was wondering if this safe to do and would not harm anything. Thank you.
FlightSimSoft.com 283
Modifying aircraft files will not destroy your computer, nor PFPX. So I would say it's 'safe'. However, there may be side effects, such as wrong calculations or error messages during flight plan calculation. Anyway, do not modify the default files, but make a copy and work with the duplicated files.
