Departure Time and New Airport

Hello

Two questions :

When creating a new flight, the SDT is always Actual Time + 30 minutes.

When changing this time and date, it is kept for further steps in planning, but not for advanced route editor :

ex :

It's actually 1100 Z.

When creating a new flight, I change my scheduled departure time and estimated departure time for, exemple, 1400Z.

When choosing advanced route editor, for winds optimisation, it keeps 1100Z.

Second question :

Is it possible to add an airport to the DB and how ? I would like to plan flights to KaiTak.
