Entering Lat and Lon

Recommended Posts

Hello

I need some guidance on how to create a FP that includes Lat and Lon entires.

For example:

6500N 10000W 6830N 9000W

I can successfully create a FP using:

65N0100W 68N090W

The problem is with entries like 6830N, using the above method drops the 30.

I have attempted to search the user guide for examples but I didn't see any.

Thanks

Mark A

Hi,

it's normal when you enter 6830N07000W in PFPX it will appear on the OFP as 69N070W like in the PMDG FMC but if you look closer into your OFP where the full coordinates are given for every waypoints, you'll find out that the original coordinates are correct.

Here is what I get for this waypoint:

69N07 DCT FL330 256/063 005 0-2 494 512 483 0058 ..../../..
CZEG
../.. N6830.0/W07000.0 6830N07000W
