Simply wonderful! I'm so happy to see the screenshots.Dusseldorf (EDDL) and Nurnberg (EDDN) are the two airports I'm missing in the outstanding German Airport series.
I can already say the 2011 is an exceptionally good SCENERY year, mostly thanks to Aerosoft.
It's only July and there have already been so many great addons released and so many others are being previewed.
What's even more important, they are for both FS9 and FSX - what better can you do to satisfy all simmers (customers)?
Keep us informed.
And bomb us with screenshots (hallo, Reiner!)

I'm sure Thomas will give me the possibility to post screens when the time comes. These shots are not from my fs.
Last screens I created were from LSZH/FS2004 where Peter Werlitz asked me.
So stay tuned. But I like these shots too... it's a very early stage.

Rainer.

Also one other question: On the pictures it says "Beta Screenshots", but as we can see in the last screenie not even the passenger terminals have been added. I'm asking myself if the product is already in Beta. So my question to you is: Is it?

in my real job apart flightsim we define beta as a status where all software parts are completely implemented and we (or others) start testing the functionality. Using this definition these shots are "early alpha". I would have called it "developer shots" or a "life signal" because of the questions during the last time.
Edit: I'm sure it should only mean: not ready yet but under progress.

Sorry. I read the topic on my Mobilephone. There was only Mega Airport Düsseldorf in the Topic and not for FS9 and FSX. I saw that on my computer now.

The Topic has been updated,
yesterday there wasn`t a word aboud FS2004 in topic
Of cause there was. Maybe you just read the topic from your mobile where it doesn't say "For FSX and FS9". But on a mobile it's normal that thos won't get shown.
Anyway, don't complain about that, just be happy that you will be able to enjoy this scenery from your FS9

nice to get a ping of life on EDDL. First shoots looking very promising. But one question rising when seeing the news topic: Mega Airport Düsseldorf !? Is the German Airport series going to die? I mean Frankfurt and Munich are quite big. But Düsseldorf as a Mega Airport? Or are you going to include Mönchengladbach as part of Düsseldorf like in real life?
Ah before I forget, please include the EDDL typical 5R/23L for starting and 5L/23R for landing.
Cheers

Then, the rest in English so everyone understands, I think that the mega airport title is deserved since as far as I know Düsseldorf is the third largest German airport, allthough it does not look that big if you are there. Frankfurt and München are much larger.
But I'm happy with this product. Now I mostly fly from/to Amsterdam, but in real I really prefer Düsseldorf. (Much closer, more comfortable airport). So I am planning to move my IVAO operations do Düsseldorf as well.

Please make a Good and only a (FS)X Code. If that compatible with FS9,i will agree. But do not develope EDDL X with an older FS9 Code,to make FS2004 Fans happy

Hi 89vliegaap, Hi Bigfoot,
thanks for the clarification. Looks like they are using the parallel option at least for the morning and evening hours and that's when I fly most. Interesting indeed. So they have about 8h a day for parallel service. As long as I'm able to change it later for my own preferred version I'm happy with this. To be honest I still like this parallel option more and thats the good thing with a Sim. It doesn't has to follow real world regulations
Cheers

Hi.
Sorry i think that is a bit hard what you say.
Look at EDDM. It is for both Versions and it looks great in both Versions. And the EDDL Version for FS9 is not up to date. There are new taxiways and so on. We are all waiting for a new Verison
Best regards
