Hey Don, just thought you might want to look at this plane. I'm going to try it for FS2004 & FSX maybe later today when I get a chance. At the bottom is a video I found of the interior functions in VC. It does not have a 2D Panel it says.

I just purchased a real 1995 Stemme S10V. Is there a sim program for that plane?

You can go out and get "Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Gold Edition" for cheap these days at places like Amazon (compared to the $100 I paid for the whole bundle when they came out seperately), and that will get you the means to simulate the flight. But the actual flight dynamics may be slightly or way different than the real aircraft. You could test it out and see, and maybe give the author of the aircraft some feedback as to what could be changed if anything. I'm not a real life pilot, but my understanding is that you do not want to trust the simulation aircraft compared to the actual aircraft for flying. Microsoft Flight Simulator can only do so much, but it can do a lot.
