Aerosoft (DA) CRJ Preview

7313 posts in this topic

Hi,

I read that Digital Aviation is closing down, but support for the CRJ will be on these forums.

Since it has not yet been completed, does that mean Aerosoft is going to complete it?

Thanks

I think there is (now most probably was) a long time to the release. Personally after the Fokker failure I wouldn't buy anything from them before everything promised could be found in it. After all, they failed providing the vc within a reasonable time from release and the Fokker was originally overpriced.

Well, I really hope that CRJ project will survive and finalized maybe by Aerosoft rolleyes.gif

Well, Gaura - probably it' s time for a guide dog then ... ;)

That' s what I get when I visit their site (since March 31st):

A quote from the news from Digital Aviation.

So what’s going to happen? We will continue to work on our current projects (CRJ and the Fokker VC).

Is it still the bigger CRJ? or we can expect the smaller CRJ-200?

That is excellent to know Aerosoft is going to work with DA to get the CRJ out there, I am sure it will be a really nice plane.....too bad the Fokker VC coudn't have been done this way.

This is the original DA CRJ project, no changes in the coverage.

This is best news I have heard since the Airbus X announcement. I love CRJ's maybe cause I am from Canada. Thank you Aerosoft and DA.

-700 and -900 series (i think), I wish they could make a -100 or -200 though. There aren't any good CRJs on the market that i have seen.

Will these still be for both fs9 & fsx as planned by DA or will it just be for X

Thanks for any advise

No, I'm sorry but it's going to be FSX only.

:angry2_s:

Well in that case I guess I don't care that there's a high quality CRJ coming out.

What a shame.

If I remember right, they said originally that it would be first for FS9...
