Buying second hand products

We also like to warn you about buying games at car boot sales etc. In the last few weeks we got a lot of people who bought a DVD version of Rise of Flight that just contained the demo version. Nice printed cover etc. But after you installed the game it will ask for a registration. The first few 'suckers' that bought something like this got a free license from us as we felt sorry for them. But some crook sold a whopping lot of these disks in the New York area last weekend and we are not in the business of giving our stuff away for free, we can't afford it. If you buy a addon ask the seller to give you some proof he did indeed remove the product from his system. At least make sure you know his name and address so you can ask him to sort out things for you. You paid for it, right?
The old saying "if it sound too good it is probably wrong" really applies to this. So if you got any doubts, write to us here or on support@aerosoft.com and tell the seller to hold on to the item for you. If he does not want to do so you probably know enough anyway.
With regards, Mathijs Kok (on behalf of Aerosoft)
Please note we do not do support via PM's on the forum.
If you insist on email support (not as fast as on these forums!) use support@aerosoft.com.
