The builders of IGC Flight Replay have released version V0.7 beta Build: 06.12.2008.
The program reads your IGC-files, made by simprobe, re-runs loaded flights with Google Earth scenery and informs you during the flight about speed, altitude, lift/sink, L/D and more.
It is downloadable here: http://ywtw.de/igcsimen.html

Note: vista-users have to run IGC-Flight Replay with administrator-rights.

Thanks, Bert,

BTW, does anybody know how to run it under a restricted account of XP Home, without Google trying 43 times to install something at the press of any button, nevertheless working correctly when you cancel 'em all?

best regards,
Peter

Peter,
I had the same problem under Vista. When I run IGC Replay as administrator, the problem is solved (under Vista). You could give it a try under XP too.

The same here. There are some programs where the problem is cured after running them as admin once, but not here.

regards,
Peter

The builders of IGC Flight Replay have released version V0.7 beta Build: 08.02.2009.
The program reads your IGC-files, made by simprobe, re-runs loaded flights with Google Earth scenery and informs you during the flight about speed, altitude, lift/sink, L/D and more.

Also available since 29 jan 2009: Google Earth 5.0. The new version of IGC Flight Replay works fine with Google Earth 5.0

IGC Flight Replay is downloadable here: http://ywtw.de/igcsimen.html

Note: vista-users (and maybe XP-users also) have to run IGC-Flight Replay with administrator-rights.

And the latest version of IGC Flight Replay:

New in Build 04.12.2011
http://ywtw.de/igcsimen.html

is also working great with Simlogger 2.31 and Google Earth 6.1. All of them are really fantastic utilities for gliding. I simlogged a cross country 450km glider flight and viewed it in flight replay using the Google Earth com API option. It all loads up for viewing in a matter of seconds even on an old machine. Good stuff.

Just wish you could use the Google Earth ruler inside IGCFR that would be cool.

Cheers
