Sorry to be blunt, but that would be a one on million exception. The code we send you is created with the same code that checks it during the installation. So it simply does work and you are entering it incorrectly.
We strongly advise you to copy and paste the serial code from the registration email we send you to the Setup.
Please also remember to use the e-mail address that was used for that particular purchase.
