This screen got fixed position and can not be moved. And this needs to be changed. I currently had the cases that the last SimstarterNG update brought up the AV scanner and I needed to end Simstarter via Taskmanager which was not possible as the Taskmanager windows was completely blocked by the Simstarter Window. I will add an option "Keep SplashScreen always on top" which is Enabled per Default. This would allow access to other dialogs. For sure this would not help for the case you've raised but could help after reboot. The maturity of users likes the way of SplashScreen handling. What do you think?
