phlpeo 98
Hi all, i don't know if this is asked before but why doesn't PFPX follow nat tracks accurately. i know of random routings on the north Atlantic but even a normal USA destination gives me a weird routing. and when manually editing the routes via advanced i input three fixes that belong to one NAT track and the routing then uses two nat tracks. srcooke 421
If you wish to force the use of a track right click the track exit ( intersections enabled ) and select the waypoint followed by VIA or VIA+. eg EDDF URTAK VIA or VIA+ KIAD Your current routing is influenced by the AS weather. phlpeo 98
Yeah but the daily nat tracks are based the weather and the airspace that is open between the first nat tracks and the rest is reserved for the eastbound nat tracks.
srcooke 421
Your routing was based on acceptable optimization using AS weather. When I planned shortly after your post using PFPX online weather the route was via track foxtrot. Eastbound tracks were no longer active. EDIT: just ran the route again: Please login to display this image.
phlpeo 98
Interesting about the weather engine that is being used. But I do like to manually edit when necessary.
