EasyJetSetter 11 Posted September 17, 2018 Share Posted September 17, 2018 Situation: Loading the A320 in a COD condition at Linz on Rwy 26. FMS setup is 51 t MTOW, LOWL/LOWL at 2500, for some Touch and Go's. Then selecting panel state 'Takeoff' and checking ECAM for no blue (T O config normal on ECAM), i had to press the TO Config button. A glimpse of a red text appears for 0.1 seconds, barely noticeable. Thinking about a small graphics glitch, i spooled up the engines at 50% and as i select FLX/MCT the 'CONFIG PITCH TRIM NOT IN T/O RANGE' warning pops up. Yup this was logic at this stage, because i had forgoten to set the THS. This was the red text i wasn't able to read before. I guess the warning should be show up a bit longer as glimpse.
