I have found that after every update for the aircraft, the livery section in the aircraft.cfg is reverted back to the default list of liveries, and the liveries I had added were deleted. Until then I suggest you copy that section of the aircraft.cfg (starting with [FLTSIM.0] and ending with [FLTSIM.xx] after installing ne liveries and save it as a txt file, so you can easily insert the liveries again after updating the aircraft.
