Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted September 10, 2018 Aerosoft Share Posted September 10, 2018 .... it is caused by a bug in Windows 10 where items are hidden when they have the same name as a item already in the start menu. Nothing we can do, it is a well documented bug that has not been solved since it was reported (as far as we know a year ago!). Keep in mind that the installed product is in two locations: Your documents folder\Aerosoft\General This location holds all the files that our aircraft products share. It is ALWAYS in the documents folder and cannot be moved. ....\Aerosoft A320-A321 professional .....\Aerosoft A318-A319 professional .....\Aerosoft A330 professional These files contain the actual aircraft.
