Missing links in the Windows 10 start menu, we know...

.... it is caused by a bug in Windows 10 where items are hidden when they have the same name as a item already in the start menu. Nothing we can do, it is a well documented bug that has not been solved since it was reported (as far as we know a year ago!).

Keep in mind that the installed product is in two locations:

  • Your documents folder\Aerosoft\General
    • This location holds all the files that our aircraft products share. It is ALWAYS in the documents folder and cannot be moved.
  • ....\Aerosoft A320-A321 professional
  • .....\Aerosoft A318-A319 professional
  • .....\Aerosoft A330 professional
    • These files contain the actual aircraft. These folder can be installed where you want (you select during installation)

As a workaround for this Windows 10 bug and for easy access to the Airbus tools you can create a toolbar, which you place in your Windows Taskbar:
