In particular: Trip fuel = 1184 kg CONT = 165 5% 5% of 1184 kg should be 59.2 kg How is Final Resv calculated ? I wonder if anybody can provide explanations. srcooke 422 Posted September 5, 2018 Share Posted September 5, 2018 Your contingency fuel is 5% of trip with a minimum specified by the fuel policy, equivalent to 5min hold using the ICAO policy. Final reserve is again calculated from your chosen policy, in this case 30min hold at alternate.
