Checklist flexibility

Recommended Posts

First, let me say that Aerosoft has accomplished a major feat with the A319 Pro! Well done! Question: can I "flex" the checklist to the next step? I set it up as Captain and CoPilot. I either do not hear the next step or the Captain remains mute. I check the items against the Vol. 6 Checklist and don't see any item missing. Not sure what the problem is...usually I've discovered that it's my bad. Any help is welcome.

Thank you,

J. Preston

There are two important steps you have to do to work with the CL and the Copilot. First you have to selct one of the 4 predefined aircraft states and then start the CL and the Copilot. In this case one of the CL becomes "orange" e. g. it is avaibale. You can start it pushing the resp. LSK or if the hotkeys are enabled with "1". If the CL item is blinking and you hear nothing then you should check your sound settings....... One additional tip: If you enabled the hotkeys = 1 and 2 then you should not use those keys for other programs...... p. e. GSX because using "2" means switching the Copilot OFF..... Hope this explanations help to solve your issue....

Rolf

Thanks, Hanse...good reminders. I usually forget to disable the keypad when I've typed in the flight plan. Other than that the checklist works quite well. I'm having fun with the new Bus!

Cheers,
