ram123 0
Greetings, Some times i experience a CTD in fsx, Fsupic saves the flight periodically. Is it possible to save the aircraft state automatically after a certain period. so that will enable to recover in CTD of fsx situation. Manually saving the state after say every 10 min becomes cumbersome. pl advise

Developer Hans Hartmann 3694 Posted July 25, 2018 Developer Share Posted July 25, 2018 FSUIPC has an autosave feature that saves the flight every 10 minutes or so. You can then load the flight again and continue.

After loading the saved flight after crash from the FSUPIC saved files, there is no facility to load the MCDU state. so, loading the flight is no use as aircraft cannot be flown after CTD Please advise on this. Developer Hans Hartmann 3694 Posted July 25, 2018 Developer Share Posted July 25, 2018 The FSUIPC autosave function foes nothing but to tell the simulator to save the current flight. What aircraft-specific data is saved along with this flight, is totally up to the aircraft. For example, the Aerosoft CRJ saves panel state and MCDU state. Other aircraft may only save the panel state or nothing at all. I'm not involved enough in the 32-bit Airbus to be able to tell you what it saves and what it doesn't save. Sorry.
