LANTIRN and TCS

Hello everyone, 

 

I would like to use LANTIRN to designat a target. I tried to understand the LANTIRN checklist published on the forum, but I've some problems:

I didn't succed to control TCS. The SLAVE button can't be used. Same with FOV button. When I try to use the RIO stick, nothing happend because FOV is locked on WIDE position and SLAVE is locked on RDR position. So what's the solution ? 

 

I didn't understand anything about the concept of MFD PFD G1000,...What is it ? How to use it ?

What sim is this in and have you looked over Vol.6 of the documentation? Do you have any key bindings set per the LUA or in general?

The volume 6 of the documentation talks about Air-to-air weapons only. There're only 15 pages.

Concerning the key bindings set, is it really necessary to buy FSUIPC ?

Most of the time it is not been a requirement to purchase FSUIPC, I finally did after years of using it. I have just upgraded to P3Dv4.2, so I will re-test as I have to reconfig everything in the new sim from my FSX settings.
