Those that are free look like this: Please login to display this image. For these, just click on the blue box I circled in the screenshot. Also, it's possible your screen resolution may require you to scroll to the right to see the blue box I circled. If you just see a URL and no blue box as above, there's most likely a charge for the livery. Click on the URL and it should take you to a website with payment and download info.
