Me too. I'm excited to try the latest update.

At this rate, it's probably better to wait until next week, but I really miss the CRJ.

Good that this airplane is being improved almos 1 year after release.

I would like to know if there will be a way to ‘map’ keyboard keys to autopilot knobs and buttons.

That has been there all the time. Just use the default keys defined in FS.

Is the excessive drag bug fixed in SP1 that happened for various unknown reasons before?

I'm not aware of such a bug. If at all, I'd like to have more drag with flight spoilers extended.

There was some bug I think, where people had an FSUIPC axis assigned to the speedbrakes and they couldn't climb very high and couldn't accelerate to 250kts.

ah OK. That explains a lot. There's nothing I can do about that though.

The funny thing is I don't even have any axis asigned via FSUIPC as I use the free version. All axis were asigned via P3Dv4 - including the steering axis for the tiller. And it also wasn't icing since the EICAS would warn one about that, should any probe-heaters fail etc.

I've read the CRJ manuals (real ones) and I do have a good undertstanding what the airplene is capable of and how it should perform within the normal envelope.

On a sidenote - when can we expect the Connected Flightdeck to be implemented into the CRJ? Would certaily make the bird a LOT more fun to fly.

It's going to be tomorrow. I spent all day chasing a last minute bug report (cabin not pressurizing) but couldn't reproduce it. Despite that, I decided to release SP1 tomorrow. As it comes with the new Aerosoft Updater, I'm going to be able to deploy a quick fix for that bug as soon as I know what causes it.

As soon as Robert has time to complete the implementation of the server and client basics. In the past couple of months he had to work on something else and CFD had to wait.

Will the SP1 be implemented into the CRJ add-on that is available on Aerosoft store? I've been looking at getting the CRJ for some time, but I decided to wait until after the A318/A319 comes out. Or should I purchase the product now and use the ASUpdater to update to the latest version?

You should wait until tomorrow. The download in the Aerosoft store will be updated. No ASUpdater is required to get SP1.

Thank you, Sir, for the info.
