During a sales campaign it is therefore not possible to also use the update discount. You need to wait for the end of the sales campaign in order to get update discount. Berlin-Brandenburg Professional is remove from the sale, as it has not to be part of it from beginning limited by contracts with the developer, as new released product (last month here) are blocked for sales for some month.
