Oliver is currently helping update sceneries to P3Dv4 and will get back to AES when he can. For more detail, simply check the sticky post here at the top of the page you posted on. Please trust us in saying that Oliver would love to get back to do an update at an early opportunity. Asking "when?" simply isn't productive because no one knows when that will be.
