Terrain radar

The CRJ does not have terrain radar since the Active Sky Radar that is used by the CRJ does not feature terrain reflections.

It is however equipped with EGPWS.

It is and works fine ;-)
BTW My suggestion is for APU start. It won't run only if aircraft state is the same like in DAVEos and FMC for ex cold and dark.

this one. If the MFD says "TERRAIN" in the top left corner, it's active.

However, Emi is right (although a little bit pedantic :D) here. The data for this display doesn't come from any radar, it's a database stored in the aircraft's computers which shows what's ahead. The advantage is that it can look "behind" mountains like that.
