Windswept 77
I have the CRJ but I'm still on P3D v4.1 & happy to stay there for the meantime. I am curious about what precludes the CRJ 1.0.5 update from being backwards compatible into P3D V4.1? Thanks. Windswept
Developer Hans Hartmann 3694 Posted March 3, 2018 Developer Share Posted March 3, 2018 It's because Lockheed Martin fixed a lot of issues in 4.2, some of which concerned the CRJ model and systems. So we had to export/compile everything with the P3D v4.2 SDK. Unfortunately that has the side-effect that the resulting files are no longer compatible with v4.0 and v4.1. You will see the same with a lot of other add-ons in the next few months.

Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted March 3, 2018 Aerosoft Share Posted March 3, 2018 Don't. They fixed a pretty serious issue that all major developers were complaining about.
