MK I'd like to take the time to thank you for replying to every request on a time frame for the hot fix.  I am sure you understand we are all very anxious since we paid a pretty penny for it and the product doesnt work as expected.  However, on behalf of all of us thanks for your efforts to push it and thanks for keeping the communication open.
