Hi,

 

I am very sorry if this is not an appropriate place to post my issue but I have had a request open with no reply since October 29 and was hoping I could get some help with it.  I understand you receive many requests (I can assume more than I can imagine) but was simply hoping to get some info on my request.  Sorry again if this is not appropriate to post here.  My request number is #225695

Hi again Mathijs, the request referenced above was replied to very quickly after you had posted this before.  I followed the instructions and never heard back.  I then look and my order had vanished and the support request was closed with no reason, just closed.  I made a new one with all the information again (231360).   Any chance this can be resolved (sorry for being a pain)
