CRJ Update Location

Hi,  

Please excuse my ignorance but I am having trouble finding the CRJ upgrade download location.  I've gone to my orders but can only find the original download I purchased in August.  If I select it it wants me to purchase again.  Need a little guidance.  Thanks.

Hi,

 

1. Go to www.aerosoft.com
2. Click on My account and sign in
3. Click on Instant downloads
4. The date will show your original purchase date and your serial number should be there; you should also see:

Filename: AS_CRJ700-900-X_FSX-P3D-FSXSTEAM.zip
Filesize: 1.1 GB
Version: 1.0.2.0

5. Click on Mirror EU or Mirror World to download the file
6. Extract the file to your computer
7. Carefully follow Mathijs' step-by-step instructions:
 

"We advise you to re-install the product using these steps:

 

1) remove the product using the Windows Software control panel (do not manually delete the program files)

2) do a disk check (right click on the drive, select properties, select tools, select check now)

3) reboot your computer

4) log in with administrative rights

5) disable the anti-virus software temporary (it really is better because we get a lot of false positives)

6) install the product

7) enable the anti-virus software (don't forget)

8) defragment your disk (NOT if you are using a SSD)"

I just did this and all is well.

Got it.  Thanks for the help.  I normally don't have a problem like this.  Must have had a brain cramp.
