jn_carter 6
I never had issues with the fuel planner before. All the sudden I cannot open the programm anymore. Windows Popup: "Access to SavedSettings.xml denied". I can open it manually though, which doesn't help if the fuel planner can't access it. Deleting the file doesn't work, neither running the fuel planner as Administrator. Help would be much appreciated! John
Deputy Sheriffs Tom A320 4915 Posted October 28, 2017 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted October 28, 2017 Hello John, have you made any changes in the folders structure of your documents folder or moved it somewhere else like into the cloud?
jn_carter 6
No, I didn't. It happened right after the installation of GAP Bremen (FSX), but I can't see how this might be related.
Deputy Sheriffs Tom A320 4915 Posted October 29, 2017 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted October 29, 2017 Hi John, I have actually no idea why this problem shows up for you. Starting the fuel planner as administrator should fix it. I would like to suggest to re-install the bus again. To do so, please follow this instruction to the point:
jn_carter 6
Thanks for your help! Since the fuel planner is a stand alone program, I installed it on my laptop using it as an EFB. Works fine there. Take care John
