novorob 0
Hi, I'm having problems on occasion with the A320. When I take off and move into climb thrust, the pfd shows 'toga lk' and I subsequently have issues with the throttles not following the programmed route in the mcdu. With increased thrust, my plane climbs above programmed height despite being in managed mode on speed, heading and alt. I suspect I'm doing something wrong, but can't figure out what it is. Any thoughts?
DaveCT2003 2553
Toga Lock is defined in the A320 documentation in our sim usually is a result of not operating the aircraft FADEC as it is designed to be used. Have you had a chance to fly the tutorial flight? This will help you out immeasurably, especially if you're knew to flying the Airbus. Best wishes. novorob 0
I haven't Dave. I assumed it was user error but was't certain what it was. I think I may be activating the a/p too soon after take off and/or rotating too steeply. I'll look for the tutorial flight. Thanks.
