Aerosoft Crj 700/900 Landing Lights Problem

Hello Forum,

Yesterday i have bought the Aerosoft Crj. Then i installed it and restarted my PC. Then i started P3D v4 and i wanted to fly but then there was a Problem. When i set the time to night and i made the Landing Light on i coudn`t see it.But when i turned the Dynamic Lighting on the Lights worked. So now i have the question why they don´t work without Dynamic  Lighting because when i click it to on and go to a terminal i have only about 6 fps.
