TO trim differences, Dave vs. CRJ Manager

I seem to have elevator trim differences when calculating TO trim in the CRJ manager versus using "Dave".

 

Same passenger loads, same fuel and cargo loads, same ZFW.  CRJ manager is calculating trim around 6.2 degrees, Dave is usually around 7 degrees.

 

I am wondering if I am doing something wrong?

The distribution of the same total load between LM and DAVE is different. This may lead to different values after setting it. It should be equal when you do it by LM and that just look it up in DAVE as he should take the actual data. But I can verify this with Hans once he is back.
