Suzi 0 Posted August 18, 2017 Share Posted August 18, 2017 I'm hoping someone can help me. After downloading the installer I'm unable to find it on my PC. I'm not sure if my antivirus is swallowing it somehow, but I cannot find it in my downloads folder, which is where I would expect it to be. I have tried with turning off antivirus too and don't understand what is going on. I though of using the windows explorer program to look for it, but I don't know what file I should be looking for. Did you check the quarantine of your Antivirus software? I fyou still dont find it, download it again from your shop account, but this time watch where it is being stored by your browser. I think mt downloads are going to another folder, but I don't know where. Can you tell me what file starting with AS I need to be looking for? Thanks.
