One must specify the one weight according to the manager. An men weights in the CRJ Manager 90 Kg. I´ve set 90 Kg even there (DAVE) and choose only mens in the CRJ Manager. This also complies with the MAC TOW and the Takeoff Trim. PFPX is also adjusted accordingly. ...and i´ve change the BOW in DAVE, new is Empty + Crew.
