zoran 0
Is it possible do delete the contents of FSX.CFG and start a new one with out affecting scenery etc from within SS?
Rihards 39
Deleting Fsx.cfg will only reset all your settings, it has no affect on scenery library.

Im confused about the process with SS in the mix
Rihards 39
Yes, FSX will generate a new vanilla .cfg, I don't think that SS will interfere with anything.
Developer Capt. PERO 398 Posted July 23, 2017 Developer Share Posted July 23, 2017 Why do you want to delete it? You can simply create a new ConfigSet with your different settings. :O)
zoran 0
I didnt think of that but I was having stuttering and low frames and needed a fresh fsx .cfg across all 4 profiles that contained different scenery sets. I cleared fsx.cfg ,rebuilt and then imported the .cfg across all 4 profiles and solved fsx performance issues :-)
