Vindeballe 16
Found my old DVD with the ATR72-500 for X-plane10, downloaded the update to v. 1.1 and installed to X-plane11. X-plane11 say that the GPS is not compatible, and I must install a new one with planemaker. Planemaker is not my favorite program, but if you can link me a beginners tutorial of how to install a new GPS, I will give it a try. The easiest solution would be an update of the plane to 11. Mario Donick 271
Hello Vindeballe, we have talked about this internally, but at the moment a XP11 version seems unlikely, unfortunately. One thing to try (make a backup first!): 1. Open the .acf file in PlaneMaker. Save immediately. Close PlaneMaker. 2. Open the .acf file in a text editor and search for the lines P acf/_philipp_fms_slot0 1 P acf/_philipp_fms_slot1 1 Change these lines to P acf/_philipp_fms_slot0 0 P acf/_philipp_fms_slot1 0 This forces X-Plane 11 to use the old X-Plane 10 FMC. Whenever you make changes in PlaneMaker to this file, you need to make this manual change again. I don't know if it works, but give it a try. There might be more adjustments necessary; esp. the flight performance will probably very different from X-Plane 10.

I will investigate it's behavior and maybe play a little more with planemaker.
