Wavy Lines

Hello!

I decided to post this here instead of support because its nothing really to do with areosoft.

Recently I have noticed a lot of wavy lines in my flight sim, for instance I would go onto the outside view at Gatwick and in the distance all of the textures and that are wavy. They look awful. I am windows 10 on FSX:SE

I am wondering whether anyone has had the same problem as me and if there is anyone who can help

Things I have tried:

Reinstalling FSX

Tweaking VSync things

Thanks for your time!

Add ForceFullScreenVSync=1 in your cfg file if you haven't already

sounds like vsync is not doing its job

Will the fact I play in windowed make a difference?

Thanks for the response!

No, if the wavy lines are what I think what it is, it's just the FSAA or MSAA not set or not working. But only a screenshot will show what the problem actually is.

I am currently flying, when on approach I will take a screenshot :)

Here is a short clip of what I mean, It can be worse at times.

Also I have already added ForceFullScreenVSync=1 into my CFG

Yeah, I would agree with Mathijs. You said you noticed this issue at Gatwick, so are you 100% sure this doesn't happen anywhere else?

Try Saskatoon Airport since the land is flat there. If it's not just an issue with your Gatwick addon, it should happen there too.
