Help with Purchase

Hello Again,
I finally had the chance to purchase the Aerosoft Airbus Bundle from Aerosoft.com and immediately encountered some problems. After purchasing the download version and putting in my card details (I purchased with a credit card), I get sent to another page, that only says: 

We have received the following data concerning your order:
Amount:52,99  USD
Date:2017-05-17
Recipient: Aerosoft GmbH

There is no confirmation of my purchase, and I have received no emails. Does it usually take this long to process a purchase with Aerosoft?

Any help and comments would be much appreciated

It's usually within a minute or two. Contact "support@aerosoft.com" (without the quotes of course) and explain the issue. They'll sort if for you.

And as ordering and license issue sholud only be discussed directly with support, this topic will be closed.
